Problem

Turn main street U.S.A. at Disneyland theme park into an Olympic length 3 lane swimming pool. After the successful 2004 Olympics Disney wanted to honor the Olympic athletes and give some local Junior Olympians a chance to swim with real Olympic medalist.  The only problem? Disney needed an Olympic length pool that could be constructed in a few hours and filled overnight on main street, with no leaks!

Solution

Flexi-Liner Corporation manufactured a custom liner in one large piece.  This allowed the liner to be tested for leaks well beforehand (see photos) and installed very quickly.  Once the liner was installed it was filled with water and ready to go with ZERO leaks. This was a high visibility critical implementation of a liner solution. Any failure would have resulted in thousands of disappointed fans and very negative media coverage.
